It isn’t a secret that the prospects of finding or retaining employees in today’s job market are tough. In some regions of the country, prospects don’t exist..

Time for an updated approach?

Allowing employees the opportunity to participate in the decision-making of the company direction, understand the challenges, and suggest new opportunities could contribute to lower stress and feeling valued.

Indeed, one opportunity is to improve the skill sets through the training needed to succeed and advance. Our Instructors have seen many training programs that don’t succeed when they are forced on the employee; they don’t see its benefit.

When employees, employers, and training vendors collaborate, the training programs stand a greater chance of overall success.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to implement a white-labeled program?

The time to produce the program is directly related to the required courses and whether or not custom development is needed. Generally speaking, the portal development takes less than 5-days with added time to ‘load’ and develop the courses. Our team can discuss this with you once we connect to learn the scope of your project.

Can I deliver custom courses using your LMS?

Yes, you can. If the courses are already developed, they must be delivered to our developer in SCORM format comprised of only HTML5 content. FLASH is specifically no longer viable for use.

How long does it take to develop my training materials for online delivery?

After executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, our developers can determine the length of time required, and resulting from that; the development charges can be quoted.

Which LMS system do you use?

We today use 3. Moodle (not recommended) with offshoots such as Blackboard and Workplace, Tutor, and Marketplace. Our preference is to develop your courses and deliver them using the most cost-effective latter two; however, we are open to others depending upon the project’s suitability.

What development tools do you use?

We have extensive libraries of development tools available that suit each requirement. In some instances, animations and video production are outsourced, although that is rare.

How much does it cost to use your courses and programs?

The prices shown on our web site and the marketplace are list prices suitable for less than 10 users per company. Various discounts and services are available upon review of your requirements.
